the Corporate Banking
The
Corporate Banking Division focuses on providing
financial products and services to NBK’s domestic and
international corporates. It focuses on building long
term, mutually beneficial, and strong relationship with
its corporate customers, rather than focusing on short
term profits. To
better serve the needs of our customers, NBK has
established a dedicated corporate banking team. Each
business customer has a designated Relationship Manager
who looks after his day-to-day banking needs. A
Relationship Manager assumes primary responsibility for
service delivery to each of our corporate customers.
This approach has proven its effectiveness in enhancing
responsiveness to customers, and in improving the
quality of our service. It has achieved this by focusing
organizational resources on satisfying customer needs,
by fixing accountability with the Relationship Manager,
and by streamlining communication with our customers.
