National Bank of Kuwait - Lebanon is committed to ensuring a through, objective, timely and fair implementation of all the rules and principles related to the banking services provided to its customers. In that respect, the Bank has established the Customer Protection Unit that would assist customers in making adequate decisions regarding their banking activities and to ensure that the customers are not subject to unfair or deceptive practices by guaranteeing adhere to policies and procedures.

NBK Lebanon encourages its customers to approach their branches in Lebanon or Kuwait to sign the "Customer Rights Duties” Form in reference to Central Bank of Lebanon's request.
